Emerging as an off-shoot of a successful design firm (Spatial Dimensions - estd. 2001), STED – an acronym of Spatial in Time and Evolving Dimensions – is a fledgling Arch+Build practice founded by Ar. Sandeep Kothari, in 2017. Carrying forward the values of the former brand, Kothari carries his experience and expertise into STED. The core competency of the practice continues in the commercial sector; with corporate offices, IT parks, Banking/FIIS, Food & Nutrition, and Retail Spaces.
